To return an item, contact me at returns@cynicalredhead.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Item must be returned to me within 14 days of delivery date for orders within the U.S.
No refunds will be given on custom orders or for items on sale.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Refund will not include cost of original shipping.
